A JOURNEY FROM CANADA TO MEXICO BY A SAILING BOAT

So far in this trip, I have seen...

8-10 Sep

1) the world's largest Entertainment Theme Parks in Orlando, Florida
2) the world's largest "exit door" to the universe, the Kennedy Space Center
3) the legendary Miami city and beach
4) Vancouver, the city with the highest Quality of Living in north America and 3rd in the world
5) the preparations for the Winter Olympic Games 2010 in Vancouver area
6) the life on a sailing boat and the its preparation for a trip to the ocean
5) a fantastic 15-day sailing trip in the Pacific Ocean where we covered 3000 km and underneath us passed about 150000 waves.
6) the everyday life of the relaxing city of Ensenada (still)

As it is usual, the greatest moments were not when I was in front of the above "fancy" events but instead the "little" ones...

PS. Just after the dancers' group that we met left Ensenada for Mexico City, another coincidence happened. While we were walking at the street, I saw a sign at a home writing the family name "Parasxidis". As I knew that only greek names in the world end in "-idis", I knocked the door. And ta-da, in a half a million city we found by chance the only greek inhabitant living a few hundred meters away from our boat!
